I really enjoyed my stay, especially since there are so many amazing eateries just a short stroll away. Hoan kiem lake is only 500 meters away.

Great modern hotel with private parking and incredible location in the very center of the old town. Brand-new and huge rooms with private bathrooms and an electric kettle and refrigerators. Good service and good value. The quick check-in process too. Fine experience there...

Had lovely stay for 7 nights. Greatly enjoyed how the great-sized suite with large windows was arranged when we arrived. We had a work desk, coffee/tea makers, and a TV set in the room.

The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw away from vibrant streets filled with local eateries. I loved the spacious beautiful double room with a private balcony, perfect for sipping coffee in the morning! The staff was always helpful, greeting us with smiles.

The location is great, but don't let that fool you. They gave me a room with a window directly into the hallway! The shower was only boiling or freezing. After all the inconvenience, it's shocking that I received no complimentary upgrade or even an apology. I almost wrote a glowing review, but just couldn't bring myself to it.

The rooftop terrace is a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploration, and the rooms are modern with comfortable amenities.

The location was perfect for our family, just a short walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. We enjoyed a lovely visit to the Thang Long Water Puppet Theatre, a hit with the grandkids. A cozy space for family bonding!

My wife says that a larger breakfast spread would be great.

Wi-fi was slow, but staff helped with luggage storage after check-out. 24-hour reception nice.

I loved the free airport pickup and how they arranged tours effortlessly. I struggled with the hot shower, which was either burning or freezing. I might choose this place again.

My 7-night stay was perfectly pleasant. the room was brand-new and affordable, with a comfortable bed. Amenities like a mini bar fridge, climate control, and a personal safe were a nice touch. the location was unbeatable and fantastic, right next to the center of Hanoi.

This place in the Old Quarter has a fantastic location and offers easy access to a night market and a regular market, the room we stayed in was great, it had a bathtub and a balcony, for instance.
